Pamela Boardway is the owner and founder of Pamela C. Boardway, CPA, P.C.  Pam’s experience has been driven by servicing owner operated small businesses in the North Shore and Boston area.  For over 20 years she has been devoted to developing long-standing client relationships by providing valued and reliable tax, auditing, accounting, and consulting services.

Pam is a devoted wife and mother of two, as well as an active member of the Salem community.  Pam has served as Treasurer for various local organizations such as the Foundation for Salem Public Education, different school PTOs, and Boy Scout organizations.

Pam holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Salem State University and a Master of Science in Taxation from Bentley University.

Paula has experience from the public accounting arena, private industry, and the manufacturing environment.  Her strengths are evident in assisting clients with the development, understanding, and implementation of processes and systems.  Paula serves clients in many roles from bookkeeper to consultant to tax preparer.

Paula has resided on the North Shore for a number of years with her family.

Paula holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bentley University.

Jenny has many years of experience assisting entrepreneurs and small business owners with internal and external financial reporting, bank financing, payroll, human resources, health and property insurance, and general business operations.  Her experience has allowed her to establish a diverse knowledge base from working with a broad spectrum of clients. It is from this background that Jenny joined our firm and brought to our business clients her ability to provide comprehensive accounting and tax services.

Jenny holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Westfield State University and is pursuing her CPA with continued coursework at Salem State University.  Jenny has an active family life in nearby Marblehead with four children, a husband and a Weimaraner named Willow.

Jen provides administrative support to the accounting team and the client base. She has extensive experience in various administrative roles.
